Assignment: Review and restructure the capital projects group to align project delivery with the strategic intent and direction of the operation.

We performed a detailed gap analysis to provide structure and guidance for the restructuring phase.

Successful restructure and implementation

Assignment: DHN & Co were engaged as advisors to support our client in a three-way joint venture with a leading Australian University and the Australian Federal Government. The purpose of the collaboration was to form a modular research facility, offering professionals and mining and mineral engineering and technical services companies access to leading technologies and techniques.
