Darrin is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the resource and construction sectors, having worked with and consulted for global companies across Australia, the Asia-Pacific, Africa and Canada.
Throughout his career, Darrin has played a pivotal role in the development of major infrastructure projects spanning resource extraction, renewable energy, ports and marine, and public utilities. Darrin excels at transforming businesses facing challenging environments. His innovative strategies and deep understanding of complex industries have driven sustainable growth and successful business turnarounds, establishing his reputation in corporate governance and business transformation.
As the Managing Director of DHN & Co, Darrin’s hands-on approach ensures that he is deeply involved in each and every client project. He actively oversees his team, providing professional development, guidance, and support to ensure that commitments are met, and projects stay on track. His passion for the industry and commitment to bespoke, tangible business performance initiatives and tools are central to his work.
Outside of his professional life, Darrin enjoys a more tranquil pace on his farm in the hills of Adelaide, South Australia. He loves off-the-grid camping adventures with his grandchildren and takes pleasure in exploring remote communities where the DHN & Co team operate. Committed to giving back, Darrin serves as an Advisory Board Director for local organisations and passionately supports the development of young professionals in South Australia through mentoring and speaking engagements at local universities.
